Our Policy

BOOKING POLICY 

Appointments can be booked in either online or in person during your consultation.

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be will be credited toward your scheduled treatment. 

We require $50 deposit for skin and $100 deposit for medical aesthetic treatments. This excludes Consultation Only appointments*​

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, & LATE POLICY​ 

Whilst we understand that things happens and sometimes you may need to change your booking,  we kindly request 48 hours’ notice.

We send out SMS and email reminders  72 hours prior to your appointment. Please use the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or contact us via email or phone to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If it is a late cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours please call the clinic. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur a $50 late cancellation fee if a deposit was not taken on booking of your appointment.

Please do not contact us via instagram or facebook as the platforms are not regularly monitored.

  • Failing to show to an appointment will forfeit the booking fee and a new pre-payment will be required before booking another appointment with us.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered no show and you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay  new booking deposit to make a new appointment.

  • In the event of illness, we will waive your cancellation fee and or deposit being forfeited one time only. This will be record on your file, any future repeat cancellations will lose their deposit and or pay a late cancellation fee of $50.

  • Courtesy communication is always appreciated if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY

​

Upon booking, a valid credit card is necessary to secure both the deposit and appointment. Payment in full is expected during the service. If preferred, alternative payment methods can be selected during your appointment, including cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Please note that we do not accept cheques or other gift vouchers that are not our own. 

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on our services.

At IN2U Aesthetics, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

CONSULTATION POLICY

During your consultation, a comprehensive full-face assessment will be conducted to ensure a holistic and personalised approach that aligns with your individual goals and aesthetic needs.
Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable, as it includes the provision of professional medical advice and the development of a customised treatment plan.

MEDICAL HISTORY CHECKS

 

During your consultation, kindly inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or specific requirements that may impact your treatment with us. These medical treatments include risks and side effects therefore your safety comes first. Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, and it may be necessary to obtain clearance from a doctor before beginning treatment. All clients must undergo a medical assessment during consultation prior to having any treatment with us.

-TREATMENT & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Clients with previous filler treatments (e.g. lip filler) will be assessed prior to treatment; dissolving may be recommended if necessary.

  • If you are prone to cold sores, please take preventative medication 2–3 days prior to treatment. Treatment cannot proceed if a cold sore is present or active.

  • Major Dental Works: Please allow 4 weeks pre and post any dental procedure when considering dermal filler treatment. Treatment cannot proceed otherwise.

  • Roaccutane: A waiting period of 6 months post-medication is required before treatment.

  • Antibiotics, vaccinations, or infusions: Please allow 2 weeks before or after treatment.

 

TRAVEL GUIDELINES

Domestic travel: Please allow at least 48 hours post treatment before travelling.
International travel: Please allow 2–3 weeks post-treatment.​​

ELIGIBILITY & CLINIC ENVIRONMENT

  • Treatments will not be performed on clients under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

  • Treatments will not be performed on clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive (including IVF).

  • The clinic environment is not suitable for children; please arrange alternative care prior to your appointment.

 

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

 

Our gift vouchers is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. IN2U Aesthetics is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other offer and /or special at IN2U Aesthetics. This voucher must be used by one person in one visit.
